The challenge

Why a €89.9M asking price needs more than standard listing photography.

Refit just complete

2025 refit means existing photography is outdated. UHNI buyers comparing 12 vessels need to see the refreshed interior, updated finishes, and current configuration.

Vessel underway

PLVS VLTRA is in active cruise rotation, not dockside-available for a 4-week studio photoshoot. Repositioning to a shoot location costs >€200K and 6 weeks.

UHNI prospect-specific imagery

At this price tier, the brokerage wants prospect-specific renders: yacht in the buyer's preferred itinerary destinations, with the buyer's helicopter on the helipad, their family configuration on deck.

The approach — CAD to photoreal

From technical drawings to a complete photorealistic render library in 14 days.

Input

CAD drawing + reference rendering

Brokerage supplied the original CAD drawing for vessel geometry and the existing rendering as a styling reference. From these inputs alone — no on-site shoot, no aerial drone, no crew dispatch — we generated the full output library.

  • Technical CAD drawing — hull geometry, deck plans, profile
  • Reference rendering — existing styling, finishes, materials
  • Fraser Yachts listing specs — dimensions, designer references, amenities

Brokerage listing + pitch decks + buyer-specific variations

The render package gave the brokerage a complete visual library for the €89.9M PLVS VLTRA listing without requiring the vessel to leave active cruising rotation. The same library extends to prospect-specific buyer presentations — render the yacht at the prospect's preferred Mediterranean destinations, with their helicopter on the helipad, their family configuration on deck.
